The purpose-built facility is suitable for a wide range of meetings and events, including an attractive, large room which has sliding partitions for expansion and will take up to 60 people, plus two small rooms for meetings and groups of up to 20 each side, divided by a removable wall, which can also be one main room. There is also an office, store and kitchen suitable for self-catering.
All rooms are on the level, with a gentle ramp to the car park, plus a wheelchair-accessible toilet and baby-changing facilities.

The Meeting House is at the end of Oxford Place, a side road off St James' Street in the area between Cleveland Street, Carr House Road and Trafford Way.

Arriving on foot:
From Doncaster Station or the Frenchgate Interchange, leave the station forecourt at the opposite end to the Frenchgate Centre. Walk along West Street and follow it through a right turn and then left onto Cleveland Street. Turn right along Cleveland Street and cross it at the pedestrian island traffic lights. Pass between the blocks of flats into St James Street, turn right at the end, then left at Oxford Place (signposted 'Quaker Meeting House'). The Meeting house is on the right near the end.
Arriving by bus:
Frequent services between the Cleveland Road/St James Street bus stops and the Doncaster Frenchgate Interchange: 13,14,15,16,19,19A (N.B. There are pedestrian crossings over Cleveland Street at this point.) Pass between the shops to St James Street as above.
Arriving by train:
From Doncaster Station either walk as above (about 10 minutes) or turn left into the bus station and catch one of the above buses.
Arriving by car:
From the A1(M), take the A630 exit Rotherham/Doncaster heading to Doncaster. Continue on the A630 for 2 miles. At the A18 junction (left to station, right to racecourse) take the second left turn labelled 'Kelham Island Industrial Estate', then cross the road at the bottom. Turn left onto St James Street and take the second right onto Oxford Place (signposted 'Quaker Meeting House').
Note: the junction between St James Street and Trafford Way is exit only. If coming from Doncaster Centre turn right onto Cleveland Street, or if coming from the M18 turn left onto Cleveland Street, turn left just before a set of traffic lights into St James Street (signposted 'Quaker Meeting House', turn right at the end then first left onto Oxford Place (again signposted 'Quaker Meeting House').
